When you request a demo of Previct, we ask you to provide your forename, surname, email address, and mobile phone number as well as the name of the organization/municipality/company you work for.

Our processing of your personal data is based on specific legitimate interests, all of which are described below in paragraph 4.

We will not sell your personal data to anyone and we only share it with our service partners to the extent necessary for them to help us maintain our Website and to provide services on our behalf. For more information, please see paragraph 5.

Ensuring fast and easy Website operation. We use strictly necessary cookies to enable you to navigate the Website and use its functionality. Without such cookies, we are unable to provide certain functionality, such as automatic redirection to a less busy server. Providing demo versions of our services and products. Care providers are able to order demo versions of our services and products through our Website. In order to provide this in an easy and secure manner, we will ask you to provide your forename, surname, mobile phone number, as well as which organization/municipality/company you work for. We use this information to process and fulfill your order, and to contact you in order to supply information about the specific order.

Website analysis, development and maintenance: We may store the IP addresses and browsing patterns of our visitors in order to run server diagnostics, keep the website updated, analyze user trends, etc. These cookies can be rejected. Communication. As mentioned previously in this paragraph, we may process the personal data you supply whenever you contact us. We store the information you provide to the extent necessary for us to send a reply or to process your case.

If we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time frame, Kontigo will provide you with a date for when information can be provided. If we deem it necessary to deny such access, Kontigo will provide a rationale for our decision.

Our data processing is contingent upon agreements that enable us to provide you with the services you requested from us, run our business, fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, safeguard our systems and customers, as well as pursue any other legitimate interest as described in paragraphs 3 and 4 (or when required), with your consent.

You do not have to fulfill any formal requirements in order to lodge a complaint; please feel free to contact us at privacy@kontigocare.com. Please note that if you decline contact by email, we will still retain a copy of that email address in our mailing blocklist for the sole purpose of preventing the sending of unsolicited emails.

All personal data controlled by Kontigo may be stored and processed in your region of residence, in Sweden, or in any other country where Kontigo, its partners or its suppliers operate. We have taken measures to ensure that the data we collect within the scope of this Privacy Policy is processed in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and any applicable legislation where the data is stored. If we decide to transfer your personal data to a third country, i.e. a country outside of the EU/EEA, we will enter into new agreements and take all measures to conform with the applicable legal requirements.

Kontigo stores your personal data as long as it is necessary in order to fulfill the obligations described in paragraph 4. As a result of this, different types of personal data may be stored for different periods of time, based on differing criteria.

9. Exclusions

Aggregated data: Aggregated data is information that can no longer be associated with a specific individual. Therefore, aggregated data is not classified as personal data.

This data is collected and processed with the sole purpose of monitoring and evaluating activities on our Website. This means that your data may be collected and then anonymized in a way that prevents us from associating the information with you. This anonymized data is then used for statistic purposes and Website improvement. Aggregated data is completely anonymized and cannot be classified as personal data. This data may therefore be stored for a longer period of time than your personal data.

Our Policy is continuously updated in order to reflect customer feedback and any necessary changes to the service. Whenever our Policy is updated, the modification date is amended at the bottom of the page under the heading “Change history”. This date is also the effective date of said updates. Change history

May 2018: Added clarifications in order to conform with the new General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), due to take effect on 25 May, 2018. The updated Privacy Policy will automatically take effect on 25 May, 2018, for all existing customers and visitors. Your continued use of the Website from that date on will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy. The Policy has undergone revisions in order to make it concise, clear and comprehensible, as well as easier to read and understand.
