Our Employees are not just Customer Support

Kontigo Care’s support also includes technicians who are responsible for troubleshooting, renovation and service of the alcohol monitors. This means that the person who helps you also has practical and direct product knowledge, which contributes to faster problem solving and higher quality support.

    Support is offered in Swedish, English and Finnish.

    Swedish/English support is open on weekdays 8.00-17.00. Lunch break 12.00-13.00.

    Support is open to anyone who uses our services – for example, healthcare professionals, clients, relatives, employers and employees. Regardless of the role, we meet each contact with respect and adapt the communication to the situation and needs.

    If equipment needs service during ongoing treatment, we do everything to ensure that the treatment can continue without interruption. Usually, a replacement unit is sent together with a return envelope, so that the existing unit can be returned in a smooth manner.

    After completion of treatment, the equipment is returned to:
