Kontigo stores your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in section 4. Different types of personal data may therefore be stored for different lengths of time, depending on various criteria.

Criteria determining how long we store data include, for example:

How long are the personal data needed for us to provide the Service?

This includes, among other things, the data needed to maintain the Website’s functions, manage communication with you, or provide you with the services or products you have ordered via the Website.

Are the personal data considered sensitive?

In such situations, a shorter retention period usually applies.

Has Kontigo committed legally, contractually, or otherwise to retain the information?

Examples include mandatory legislation on retention of information, such as accounting purposes, orders from authorities to preserve data relevant to investigations, or data that must be retained for the purpose of resolving a dispute.

For more information about how we process your personal data, contact us at privacy@kontigocare.com.
